two options:

1) If you want to report it against the US (ANSI) adoption of the ISO Standa
rd,
then send it to INCITS.

2) If you want to report it against the "base" ISO Standard, you can just se
nd
it to Don Schricker at his "cox" email ID (for J4 processing).
