'Aida' - nah not my style. Now if on an artsy-fartsy TV channel you had
picked up on that German production of Aida, which I briefly glimpsed,
where les girls in the chorus didn't wear much more than a smile for
historical authenticity - now yers talkin !

The TV version of Butterfly I liked best had a Japanese singer in the
heroine role.

Ever taken in any Gilbert and Sullivan, Michael ? They're great fun.
