Mainframe Developer-Contract 12 months (Columbia, SC)
ONE YEAR CONTRACT-MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES. US CITIZENS ONLY

Devise feasible, logical procedures to resolve business problems
through the use of computer resources. Designs and maintains systems of
greater complexity. Design and develop IT systems. Develop design and
functional specifications. Produce deliverables related to the assigned
project. Assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements.

Contractors may be required to perform analytical duties on accounting
and costing system, cash disbursement system, Refund Management, and
company expense system. Analyze in-house code and vendor-supplied code.
The contractor will be required to produce code specifications, make
modifications to programs, PROC, JOBDECKS, and documentation,
code-test, system-test, and migrate code through various environments
to production.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Cobol  Required  5 Years
APS  Required  3 Years
DB2  Required  5 Years
Endevor  Required  4 Years
JCL  Required  5 Years
Online  Required  4 Years

When posting to comp.lang.cobol please include a rate, or range of rates,
associated with the position(s) offered; doing otherwise leads many to
conclude that you are either trolling for resumes or running a blind ad to
determine rates.
