[ANN] OpenNETCF Smart Device Framework 2.0 Beta1

We're pleased to announce the availability of the Smart Device Framework
(SDF) 2.0 Beta.

SDF 2.0 is a continuation of our version 1.4 efforts to improve the developm
ent
experience for Smart Device developers using the Microsoft .NET Compact Fram
ework.
SDF 2.0 has a significant number of changes, improvements and enhancement
over the previous versions and is compatible with Microsoft's Visual Studio
2005.

Currently we have the Beta1 redistributables available for download here
http://www.opennetcf.org/sdf2.  You will also find sample code and informati
on
on new classes available on this page.

More details on SDF 2.0 will be available soon but in the interim, we invite
you to browse the new library's object model here http://www.opennetcf.org/library
