Must also have experience with JCL on the OS390. Experience developing and maintaining software used in the merchandising area is a plus. Availability for 24/7 application production support may be required. Responsibilities: Complete programming and/or design specification assignments as made by the customer manager for Service Requests and projects within Project Retek. Assignment competition must be completed within the average variance of all programmers and or analysts assigned to the project. Availability for 24/7 application production support may be required. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years programming/analysis experience with OS390 OBOL/TELON using IMS and DB2 databases in a MVS and CICS environment; must be able to evaluate and write programming specifications and create logical programming modifications and solutions; must be able to build checkpoint restart logic with COBOL and IMS. A minimum of 5 years programming experience in JCL and on the OS390 executing jobs that run using the IMS, CICS and/or DB2 subsystems. Experience working with Retek modules is desirable.
