This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the

Description:
------------
The number of opening and closing div tags differs on some pages in
extended CHM help (20 May 2005), for example, in "getting-started.html"
there are 10 opening and 9 closing div tags. It seems that this problem
is in all but function pages (for example, in "function.abs.html" there
are 13 opening and 13 closing).

This problem results, partially, in wrong work of HeaderNostalgia skin:
nearly all page content gets into <div id="pageHeaders"> innerHTML, and
is cut by the JS, so this skin shows only header and user notes on all
but function pages.
