Fileselection and namespace-hierarchy

Hello,

I'm using Visual Studi 2003 .NET and I have two questions:

1. Where can I find an overview over the complete namespace-hierarchy with
additionally all possible methods I could use.

2. I want implement into my program the possibility selecting files from the
menu like in Word, where you can do "File - > Open ...". After that I want
to work with the selected files. How do I implement that? Any Example?

I'm using managed code.
