tbcload question

I will be soon distributing a product based on TCL 8.4.5 and compiled with
the tclcompiler.  As part of the distribution I will include tbcload.  If at
some point in the future I start distributing new releases and/or updates
compiled under 8.5 will the customer have to upgrade tbcload?

Yes. She'll also have to upgrade Tcl.
