Time Field stay blank with MyODBC 3.51.10

Time Field stay blank with MyODBC 3.51.10
I'm using clarion 6.1 + mysql.
I have a problem using MyODBC 3.51.10 or upper. In an update form or
in a browse the time field stay blank.

With MyODBC 3.51.06 a don't have problem.
