Problem in VB Package and Deployment wizard

Problem in VB Package and Deployment wizard
For one of my projects, when I use the VB Package and Deployment wizard
to create a setup program, after I specify the location for the setup
program and click Next, the program just displays an hourglass
indefinitely and hangs and completely hogs the CPU.
Please help!!!
