There is a documentation problem regarding to the default setting of
magic_quotes_runtime() on this page:
http://hu2.php.net/manual/en/security.magicquotes.php

It says _runtime() defaults to on in PHP, but it defaults to Off in the
latest 4.3.x and 5.x versions.
