Flexy and radio buttons

I still yet to work out how to get flexy to stop causing error when I
have radio buttons with the same name. I am using quickform to build a
simple radio button selection form for a poll. It is not letting it
render saying it requires and id and then when i do that it says it has
the same name as previous tag ?? Let me know how to avoid this annoying
issue thanks.
