Can anybody give some guidance?

I am Rajesh an MSc (IT) Graduate
I'm very much interested about testing more over
I'm thinking to take up testing as my profession

Can you suggest me what are the CONTENTS
the course module should include according to
current trend which is more beneficial for me
to get the best knowledge and training
And also what else, i should concentrate on
before joining any testing training institute(center)

If you know any best testing training institute (center)
In bangalore please suggest me.
