New Xailer version (the ultimate development environment for xbase)

Dear xBase users,

Xailer Pre-release 3 is ready, you can download it directly from our Web
page at: http://www.xailer.com/downloads.htm

The enhancements from the demo version Beta 9 are enormous since only
registered user did have access to Pre-release 1, 2 and 3 due the change on
the register system that right now is completely automatic for DEMO
versions.

Likewise we have made a great effort with the documentation, although there
is a lot of work to do, we have increase the documentation considerably, and
the more important, right now the Spanish and English documentation are in
equally stage because our commitment with the English spoken community is
total.
