Harbour for Pocket PC - good news

I have been able to build Harbour for Pocket PC and built a first demo.

Still there are many things to fix, to implement and to review but the good
news are that the resulting EXE (647 Ks) properly loaded in HP Pocket PC
IPAQ and the EXE entry point properly loaded and showed a MessageBox().

I can't say if we will be able to fully port it or not, but at least a first
step has been done :-)

I will keep you informed of its progress.
