playing g.723 file
Hello,

Is there a player which can play g.723 encoded file?

(preferably on Linux, open source, but also on windows is ok).

And is there such a playe which can play g.723 encoded file
without a header ?

There is no such thing called a 'g.723 encoded file', because the G.723 stan
dard
does not specify a file format; it only specifies an encoded bit stream.

The Windows .wav format supports it, and other file formats might.

You will likely need to code up your own.
