com port problem in clipper5.01 & clipper tool 3.0

I use clipper 5.01 & clipper tool 3.0 to access com port
It work on INTEL pentium MMX CPU
But don't work on AMD, CYRIX, PII above CPU

Can anybody help me ? Thanks!
