A complete list of all releases that ship with invalid package.xml
files can be found at http://pear.php.net/~mj/invalid-packages.txt.

They should be re-released indeed.

First one to get to do it should announce it here so the work is not
done twice.

I removed phpDocumentor 1.2.0RC1 and PEAR 0.91-dev as these are not
likely to be popular versions.
