XML Tree maintenance (was: PEAR Account Request: ashawley

I'm interested in contributing fixes and even volunteering to deliver new
releases of XML Tree, which has been moribund for some time now.  My
account application is below and may be useful.

I am interested in contributing to the XML_Tree package which has been
inactive for almost a year, and needs further work.  I am willing to help
maintain the package of whose developers are unreachable.
