I am searching for a specific bug in the php bugs database and the
result I get, does not contain a specific bug ID that does exists in
the system.

Here is how to recreate:
1. Go to http://bugs.php.net/search.php
2. In the "Status" field, choose "All"
3. In the "Category" field, choose "SQLite related"

I get a lot of results, but bug ID #24575 (which does match these
search critiria) does no appear in the list...
