matlab 7 and standalone applications

I have realized, searching all over the web, that matlab 7 com dll is not us
able in borland c++ builder. Does anybody know how to build a standalone bor
land builder application (that uses a matlab function) which doesn't need ma
tlab installed?

Any example or link would be appreciated.
