Google for the Mainframe
Hi -

I saw a tool at SHARE which indexed cobol code, cics maps, DB2 and
everything else, then hyperlinked all the elements together to show
impact analysis. Does anybody know about this new product??? Seems
like it was 'Smart xxxx'.

Thanks.

Priscilla

Re: Google for the Mainframe
I know that REVOLVE from Micro Focus does this. See:
http://www.microfocus.com/products/Revolve/index.asp

From the "smart something" name, you might be thinking of an ASG (formerly
Viasoft) product. I know that they had "SmarTest" and I *think* their "Insi
ght"
(???) product did what you are asking about.
