That was always the traditional dividing line before the AMA decided that pe

couldn't make their own medical decisions - and since physicians couldn't te

when an embryo quickened into a fetus, then that dividing line didn't exist
anymore.

Embryos are the same as "brain dead".   They do not have the characteristics
that make humans special.   Those characteristics come during fetal developm
ent.
