Re: the access of jsp pages in tomcat

Read the Servlet 2.3 Specification. Examples of the web.xml deployment
descriptor are at page 116. The description of the directory structure of a
web application is at page 60.

this is ashutosh.
i m facing a problem of accessing my jsp and servlet files thru web
browser (while using tomcat 4.1.31) when i save them in my own folder
in webapps folder in tomcat 4.1.31.

i want to use the URL address of type:


http://localhost:8080/lim/inde_x.jsp


here lim is my own created directory in webapps and index.jsp is my jsp

file which i want to access.

please help me in its configuration.
i m using Windows XP platform.
