The mirror: http://tr2.php.net/ seems to be down. It shows this:

Which means

Default Turkey mirror seems to be tr2, when i try to check docs or
download it redirects me to tr2 mirror and i get this error. i use
tr.php.net now, could you suspend this mirror?
