Business Systems Analyst Permanent

Our client is currently looking for a permanent Business Systems Analyst
with the following;

Responsibilities include:



Business case definition
Requirements gathering & documentation
Stakeholder interviews & documentation
Process analysis & modeling
Systems analysis & documentation (high level)
Presentation creation and management
Functional design and application storyboarding
Quality Assurance (planning and execution)
User Acceptance Testing (planning and execution)
User Training & Support (planning and execution)


·Required Skills and Experience:



Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
and Visio.

Must be capable of preparing project deliverable documentation for
review by senior client executives.

Business systems analysis and design experience.

Experience in analyzing and defining requirements for architected enterprise
applications

Very good understanding of Project Life Cycle including: Project Definition/
Direction,
Requirements
Gathering, Analysis, Implementation, Document Preparation

Strong client management and communications skills

Must be able to interface with high ranking client executives and business
stakeholders.

Experience working with one or more software development methodologies
such as the Rational
Unified Process or other of equivalent status.

Must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience as a Business
Systems Analyst

Preferred candidates will have prior consulting experience.

Must have experience working on large enterprise systems development
or systems integration initiatives.

Excellent communications and presentations skills are necessary

Must have experience working within a project team environment.

Must have previous technical experience to aid in understanding the
dynamics of IT projects
