Transferring Data between Screens

Transferring Data between Screens
Is there any way (or tool/software) out there that can transfer some
data
fields from one screen to another?? For example, I want to grab Address
information from one web page/GUI and paste them into another web
page's Address
fields instead of typing them all over again.

I appreciate your feedback
