MPEG-4 codec source
Hi all,

Does anyone know of an mpeg-4 codec (SP@L3)? I need this for a final
year engineering project. It doesn't need to be complete, as I need
the DCT to be feed into a hardware quantizer I'm designing for an FPGA
board.
Would be good if the source contains good documentation as I really
don't want to spend too interpreting the source. Language is not that
important, but I guess the most sources are C++ anyway.

I would be pleased if anyone could supply me with any links for this.

Thanks,

Dan Nilsen

Re: MPEG-4 codec source
go to www.xvid.org and download the source code of the codec.
And dont forget to acknowledge the contribution of the site in your thesis.

Re: MPEG-4 codec source
Hello!

Thanks guys. I've found the sources I need. Checked both xvid and
ffmpeg, but I haven't decided which one to use yet.
