Project Manager - Data Warehouse Architect Permanent

Successful candidates will have strong project management skills and
experience.  Travel within the
GTA is a requirement.  The manager will manage projects, deliver project
artifacts, interface with
large number of clients, and deliver high quality Business Intelligence
solutions.



Required Skills and Experience
Strong project management skills PMP certification preferred.
Software and/or Data warehouse Architecture - 2+ year designing Enterprise
level data warehouse
or custom software end-to-end solutions. This includes design of the
following: ETL processes
and .Net software design.
Ability to work with application support / developers working in a
heterogeneous environment
Microsoft development products, MS Access, DB2, Tandem, data polling/transmi
ssion
modules
(Xcellenet, FTP, Web Services, Mercator, etc)
Systems Analysis (5+ years experience) - create full life cycle project
documentation.
Ability to gather data quality-focused requirements and identify technical
alternatives and
recommendations.
Excellent communication and documentation skills required.
Systems Design (5+ years experience) - lead the creation of systems
design documents in collaboration
with system/application support staff and developers
Ability to deliver system design to support a data quality environment
that is integrated and aligned
with the overall technical architecture
Manage the developers who implement the designs and the quality assurance
testing of the work
that they do (3+ years experience)
