You *should* be able to set this in a htaccess file. If you can't, you
should ask your hosting provider to turn it off or give you enough
rights to set it via htaccess. If you can't get that you should get
another hoster. If all else fails you should clean your GET, POST,
REQUEST, and COOKIE arrays before you do anything with the data if
magic_quotes_gpc is on.
