It works fine with the current PHP 5 release. Therefore, I don't see a sence
in adding a dependency to PHP 5.0.x for it.

Would it be ok for you, if I release Net_FTP 1.3.1 next w (which I
already planned)? Since I'm currently in Canada, I would not like wasting
time with such stuff right now. Net_FTP should be installable fine with PEAR
1.3.x, so, it's just an issue for people using 1.4.x.
