export functions after compiling with /clr

hi

I'm using visual studio 2003 and gets some different result after compiling
with /clr options.  I have several .lib files to compile into a single dll
image.  what happens is after I turn on /clr I get about 285 functions
exported instead of 310.  What could cause functions not being exported with
/clr...?
