Dtabase Diagrams

In the Visual Studio.NET help, it says to "right-click" the database diagram

folder and choose New Diagram". Even though I have two SQL Server 200 server

attached in the VS Server Explorer, I can't find a "database diagrams" folde
r
anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?
