How do I make sure that my managed newsgroup configuration work fine?

Hey Alan,
You can post a test message in microsoft.public.test.here and I
will be more than happy to check for ya.. Before taking that step.. You
will need to register a valid no-spam alias by logging in to subscriber
downloads...
