List full of junk addresses (was: Re: [PHP-INSTALL] pbpBB cannot

It looks like no-one is managing the list, so there are lots
of dumbass HR sites which have been (unwittingly) signed up
to the list. Some even have a reject notice now, so maybe
they were faked onto the list by disgruntled unsuccessful
candidates for something. And there are at least two
Portuguese helpdesks on here who auto-respond as if you're
an employee.

Trying to contact a human at OS software sites can be nearly as hard as
trying to contact a human on corporate sites. This is addresses to
owner-php-install@lists.php.net and
CC'd to webmaster@php.net and abuse@php.net as well as the
list itself, in the hope of attracting someone's attention.

This time I'll keep the evidence :-)

Send broken e-mail addresses to systems@php.net, that is definitely
checked! Saying that nobody is managing the lists I find insulting.

I got a couple of them too (as I posted to php-install) and those are
now already unsubscribed. Let me know if you find more.
