Paging Records Help please
=20
I'm new to Smarty and I'm having some serious trouble getting adjusted =
to
how things work. I'm using the PEAR::DB object to pull data from my
database. I'd like to be able to show a paged list of the data. Will I =
need
to use 2 queries if I want to have a page index? One query for the page
index and one for the list? I'm attempting to use PEAR's DB_Pager.=20

Are there any examples of how to do this?

TIA,

Jim=20

the only one I know is 'Besser PHP programmieren' by Carsten M=F6hrke =
and
AFAIK that's only available in german. It's actually about PHP in =
general.
Personally I thought it was junk.

But I do know that newer PHP books sometimes add sections on PEAR and
smarty. However, if you want something printed I recommend printing out =
the
manual :)
