VFP 9 not accepting MSDN Product Key
I downloaded the VFP9 Professional .ISO file from subscriber downloads and
burned to a CD.

Install proceeds normally until reaching the Start page where product key is
requested.

I enter the Product key from MSDN Product Keys page.

Message displayed is "You have entered an invalid Product Key. Please enter
a valid Product Key to continue. The Product Key may be found on the CD case
or the Certificate of Authenticity for Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0
Professional."

Has the Universal Subscription product key for VFP been changed for VFP9? If
so, what is it?

Chuck Werner

Re: VFP 9 not accepting MSDN Product Key
The page entitled "MSDN Subscription Product Keys" has not been updated yet.

Currently, it has a line labelled "Visual FoxPro (All Versions)" but it
really means All Versions PRIOR TO 9.0

The 9.0 Product Key is on the page where you downloaded the ISO. Go to the
same page where you clicked the link to start the download, then scroll to
the bottom.

Due to the framed treeview, it's not possible to post a direct link to that
page, so the URL posted by gerry is just for the Subscriber Downloads home
page.
