Must be fully bilingual in English and French (both oral and written) 2. OS Windows 95/98/200/NT/XP Driver Configuration 3. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities will include: 1. Provide 2nd Tier Customer/Dealer Support for both technical and non-technical issues by phone, e-mail and fax on Wireless Terminals (ie cell phones). Consumer Electronics (ie - TV's) and Information Technology (ie - monitors and printers). 2. Educate customers on how to use Cell phones effectively 3. Receive in excess of 80 inbound calls per day 4. Handle irate customers with courtesy 5. Log & Update Customer Service Databases 6. Utilize soft skills for fast, courteous, friendly service to both internal and external clients using voice and e-mail communications. 7. Maintain productivity standards, (Talk time, Quality, Service Levels, first Time Call Resolution, Customer Satisfaction). 8.
