Data Warehouse Architect Permanent

Our client is sing a Permanent Data Warehouse Architect.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems you will:

-	Develop, implement and maintain the data/information strategy ensuring
compatibility
with the overall business strategy of the organization
-	Set up and maintain the data integration (data warehousing) strategy
for the
organizations, this includes enhancing the existing
data warehouse
-	Enhance and manage the corporate data architecture, ensuring integration
with
other technologies
-	Be the ?018owne?019 for all the organization ?019's databases, enterprise
data model,
related documentation and supporting end user data
needs
-	Provide training and support to staff on information management and
data warehousing
tool sets.

Qualifications and Experience

-	Post secondary diploma or degree in computer science or information
systems
-	Minimum 7 years of experience with data modeling, enterprise resource
management
practices, data warehouse and/or data mart design and
implementation and
related methodologies
-	Ability to work directly with business users to model business processes
at all levels
including database schema development and maintenance
-	Experience developing data warehouses and data marts including setting
up
ETL processes, setting up alerts, monitoring databases
and ETL processes,
data consolidation.
