Finishing Touches

I am about ready to put the finishing touches to an application I have been
working on.  I am considering using Makeover, Magic Entries, and Magic
Buttons to polish the UI.  Is this combination still the best way to go, or
are there better tools now for this?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
