VB.NET Versus Norton 2004

Hello,
I have a VB.NET version 2003 installed on my Windows XP Proffessional and
it works fine untill I installed Norton 2004 Internet Security on it. I coul
d
open any project and load up forms, but when I click the start button to run
the program everything just lock up and my PC have to be reset. Have you had
this experience before group?
