fortran programs in windows mobile 2003 ppc

How can I use my fortran's programs in my pocket pc? I only need the
.exe files. Thank you

You can'r. PocketPC 's don't understand "normal" exe files, only special
pocketPC files.
You need the source and a Fortran compiler that will target Pocket PC.
(not that I know of one!)
