Programming Forum and web based access to our favorite programming groups.Should be simple: Trying to get started with Clarion 4b. OS is Windows 2000. Installed, apparently successfull. Tried to run tutorial. Error message: "cannot find c4run.dll" Verified file exists: C:\Program Files\TOPSPEED\CLARION4\BIN\C4RUN.DLL Checked "properties" in desktop shortcut for Clarion 4. Start in "C: \PROGRA~1\TOPSPEED\CLARION4\Bin" What am I missing?

Post Follow-up to this messageBINGO!! Thank you, Frank! Puzzle: During installation, I gave permission to the install routine to modify autoexec as required. Installation was done with admin privileges, so permissions should not have been a problem. Wonder why the problem.
