Embedede code

i found that embedded code didnt work in property hidden of chart.
i try with a simple embedded code :

Public Shared Function SetColor(ByVal Value As Integer) As String
SetColor = "True"
End Function

then chart wont be hide.
Who knw where i am wrong??
