Looking for the right guy

We have spent the last two years developing a unique and very
powerful php classified ads service, our programmer has just quit
after two years due to personal problems. We need a PHP
programmers who can show us they understand PHP, Java, CSS and a
full understanding of databases as a minimum. Must be extremely
self motivated and extremely driven by hitting time frames. We
have already gone live and shortly will be hosted on a web site
in all 37,000 cities in North America. For the right individual
we will be willing to give up a small piece of the company after
a certain testing time frame. This is a Golden Opportunity as the
site is already up and running and can be seen "if interested"

Is that the programming language Java or the scripting language JavaScript?

And this makes this a "Golden Opportunity"? My site has been up and running
for three years now. If I would invite other programmers to work on it, am I
offering a "Platinum Opportunity" then?
