Batch build not working !

I have a few projects in my solution, each project has a few configurations
and I want to build all this stuff together. I open Build/Batch build
dialog, click Select All, and Rebuild and .... nothing happens, next when I
choose Build/Rebuild solution from the main menu the solution is compiled 2
times ! When I click Batch build/Rebuild button 3 times nothing happens, but
next time, when I try to build solution from the main menu the solution is
compiled 4x times. Clean button doesn't work as well.  I must have changed
some option in the IDE, but which one ?

Please help !
