J4 and "real world" implementations of '02 Standard

Just as a follow-up on another thread and the stated "desire" that J4 should
find some way of "encouraging" real implementations of the '02 Standard, I
wanted to point out that ALL current J4 meeting agendas include an explicit
reference to the INCITS anti-trust rules at:

There might (or might not) be some way around these rules, but I do think th

J4 is now (even more than in the past) avoiding "specific vendor development
"
issues and plans.
