MSDN July 2004 Installation Problem

I am trying to install the msdn library july 2004 edition. I am being
faced with the error message: the cabinet file _92_officeshared10.msm
required for installation is corrupt...
keeping in mind that i have installed it at my work and it worked
properly. Both computers, the one on which the installation worked and
the one on which the installation failed are running windows 2003
server. Please follow me up with your help.
