FormulaBreak Template

I have just downloaded the FormulaBREAK.zip from Vlado's page.  It
contains two files; FormulaBREAK.tpw and FormulaBREAK2.tpw.  Can
someone help me which of the two files is to be used?  I am using
Clarion 5.0b.

In addition, could someone assist me as to how to register this
template?  When I try to register by setup -> template registry, the
system is looking for .tpl files.
