[ANN] Datawindow Advanced Utilities

PowerBuilder's saveas and importfile do not meet the advanced
needs of resMgr, thus I wrote a window (w_profile) to expose
any datawindow to advanced features:
* Use SQL select to select a subset or all columns
* Import a subset or all columns into a datawindow
